On January 27, 2012, Munbilla Broadcasting Properties, Ltd. (MBPL) applied to the Federal Communications Commission for consent to assign radio station KYRT(FM), Channel 250A, Hunt, Texas, and radio station KZZM(FM), Channel 269C3, Mason, Texas, to Tom, Rick, and Harley Broadcasting LLC (TRH).
MBPL is a Texas Limited Partnership. Munbilla Broadcasting Services, LLC (MBSL), is the sole General Partner. Munbilla Broad-casting Corporation (MBC) is the sole Limited Partner. MBC is also the sole Member of MBSL. MBC’s sole shareholder, officer, and director is B. Shane Fox.
The proposed Assignee, TRH, is a Texas Limited Liability Company. Tom F. Herring, Jr., and Richman Phipps are the two Members of TRH. Each has 50% equity and voting power. Mr. Phipps is the Managing Member.
