Now that Piers Morgan is gone, I’m disappointed. There are several reasons for this, but the biggest one is that I never got a chance to be on his show. Not that I want to be that close to him, but of all the gun rights advocates I ever saw in debate with Morgan, none of them ever asked the questions I would have asked, or brought up the points I think are the most pertinent.

I was in the City this past weekend visiting my kids. I really enjoy getting to go and be with them. Although I’m out of my element, I can adjust! While Z, just finds it hard to adjust to any place farther east than Art, Texas! Folks, the traffic isn’t anything that I would want to have to be in daily, I can still take the “ACCESS ROADS!” You can keep the Interstates, I’ll just take the Access Roads.

Hair – if you are a mammal, you have it and you may be interested in nutritional ways to keep it healthy and looking good. Think about your pets and livestock. You can really tell when they are in good shape by looking at their coat. A good shiny silky coat on an animal reflects good internal health.

It seems that Spring is arriving and staying for only a few days at a time, and the rest of the time it just jumps straight to summer temperatures of over 90 degrees. There is not much we can do to change it, but at the City we are doing one thing to hopefully make the hot summer more bearable in one location.

~It begins when we are children. If something scares us or hurts us, the first words of comfort from our parents were almost always, "Slow down and take a deep breath." Medical personnel, particularly those treating trauma victims, often start out with the same advice to their patients. It's the first step to helping the patient to lower their pulse and respiration; but, I would counter that there is probably some emotional comfort in hearing those same words that our parents uttered when we n ...
