R. L. Crouch

R. L Crouch passed away in the Methodist Hospital on December 26, 2008 at the age of 75. He was born in Mason County on March 13, 1933 to Ernest and Della Crouch. R. L. worked for the City of Mason for 33 years.

He was one of five children. Carlton Crouch, Myrtle Durst, and Tinny Gentry who have preceded him in death, and Marvin Crouch who still lives in Mason County.

R. L. leaves his wife Pat Crouch, two sons, Sammy Crouch of Mason and Mark Garner of Roy Washington, and three daughters Brenda Hooten of Plano, Pam Beam and Cindy Smith also of Mason. He also leaves behind grandchildren and eight great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Bobby Scantlin of Fort Worth, Dominic Martin of Johnson City, Quade Beam of Norfork Va., Jerry Crouch and Tommy Durst of Mason and Harold Gentry of Junction.

Funeral Services were held by Gentry Funeral Home of Mason.
