Make Fitness a Part of Your Everday Life

Weight lifting is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. Whether you’ve been lifting weights for many years or you’re new to weight-resistance exercise, Sheryl’s “Shape-Up” class (for women only) is designed for all levels of fitness. The simplicity of the class is a great starting point to develop strength and confidence. With the use of specifically designed, interchangeable weights and a barbell, every muscle group in the body is worked.

Motivating music, in a group environment keeps you going through each 50-minute workout. You will burn up to 600 calories per class for fat loss, improve your strength, improve your general fitness, shape and tone your muscles and improve your bone density (helps ward off osteoporosis).

Classes begin this Saturday, January 10 at 9:00 a.m., River of Life Church. There is no charge for the class, but limited to 20 participants. Due to liability reasons, please do not bring your children. You must be 18 years old or older to participate.
