‘Eternal Anthems’ earns Hays place in elite top ten.

The end to an increasingly thrilling ride finally came for the Hays High School Marching Band with an Alamodome performance in the UIL State 4A Marching Band Contest finals. The standout "Eternal Anthems" performance earned its highest honor of the awards-filled marching season with a state tenth place finish. Tuba player, Colby Padgett, is the grandson of Jane and Ronny Zesch. He is also a former member of the Mason
