The Mason Community Foundation continues...

Wednesday, September 29, 2010 • Posted September 29, 2010

The Mason Community Foundation continues to fund projects around town with the profits from the local Thrift Store. Pictured is the equipment on the latest addition to the Volunteer Fire Department, the beloved "Donkey", that was provided from a recent grant. Posing with the re-equipped "new" truck is Earl Kock of the VFD, Joe Martinez a new Board member of the Foundation, and Brent Hinckley, President of the Foundation. The Board recently met to approve a new round of grants, and now more than $100,000 has been returned to projects around our Community from your support and patronage of the Thrift Store. Together we are making Mason a better community in many different ways, and we appreciate all the ways our citizens contribute to the Thrift Store and to each other.
