The Tradition Continues
Wednesday, October 20, 2010 • Posted October 20, 2010

This last Saturday the Mason Puncher Band travelled to Brady to compete in the UIL Region Marching Competition. For many years now the Mason Puncher Band has been one of the most competitive and exciting small bands in the state, 2010 has been no exception. Our Mason Band performed and received three first division ratings, equaling to a first division overall. Each judge was impressed with our band, one judge closed his comments stating, "you are a tribute to your school, your community and your parents." Judges complemented our students on musicality, show concepts, and how much they enjoyed our show. Our students would like to thank everyone for your support and are excited to keep this tradition alive. Submitted by John Tapley. Photo courtesy Debra Hyden.
