Sisters Steeley & Sterling Smith are involved with the Mason 4-H and show Angora Goats. They show locally at the Mason Livestock show and go on to show at the San Antonio Livestock Show. They have taken an active roll in raising and breeding their own Angora Goats. In doing so, it has become a year round responsibility. They help select animals in the breeding program, assist with babies, feed/water twice a day, worm them, spray for lice, help with shearing, and closer to show they work their fleece, and work on showmanship. As the older sister, Steeley helps teach Sterling on how to handle and show the goats. They have many practice "Livestock Shows" at the Smith Ranch. Steeley is a 6th grader and Sterling is a 1st grader at Mason, and the daughters of Jim Bob and Shayne Smith.
