"We are Garrett Allen, a senior at Mason High School, and Kirsten Allen, a seventh grader at Mason Junior High. We have both been showing since we were in kindergarten. The reason we are writing this letter together is that we work with out sheep together; it's easier that way. Sometimes it takes the whole family to get everything ready for stockshow season. Feeding, running and working with our sheep takes a lot of time and work, especially when we are both involved in other things also. We enjoy showing sheep the most when it's actually time to start going to shows. At stockshows, we do our best and hope to place high enough to make money for the next year. We have both learned a lot about being good winners and good losers. One of the best things about going to stockshows is making some really good friends that we look forward to seeing again each year. Showing sheep is fun quality time for our whole family."
