Bodie Wade Adams, senior at Mason High School, has achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. An active member of both the Boy Scouts and Order of the Arrow organizations for many years, he has demonstrated commitment, leadership, and responsibility to scouting and the community. The project in need was a fence that would surround the new playground for Mom’s Morning Out located at the First Baptist Church. The children now have a safe place to play thanks to all the Scouts that volunteered their time and effort. The organizations teach young boys and girls to become young men and women of high moral caliber, responsible in their actions, and to help their communities and nation. The boy/girl scouts located in Mason County have been a tremendous asset, you can look around town and see all the projects that the scouts have accomplished.
