Dear Mr. Gamel:
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone in Mason who donated to the dual credit tuition program. I am currently approaching the second semester of my U.S. History Dual Credit class as a junior, and I have important targets I hope to reach for my future. I aspire to be accepted to a college, to major in psychology and later become a successful psychologist.
I understand the amount of generosity that comes out of the donations given, and I am exceedingly thankful for this altruistic act. I just want everyone to know that their donations give better opportunities for not only me but others as well, to receive an excellent education.
The unselfishness and kindness in our community makes living in Mason all the more worth it. For instance, my mother and I were recently selected to be the newest Habitat family. So many of the members of our community are always seeking an approach to help in any way possible. For this reason, I thank everyone in this small-town community of Mason who donated to the dual credit tuition program and who assist with the Habitat for Humanity program.
