Health and Wellness Programs Offered by the Wesley Nurse Health Ministries™

So what is your New Year’s Resolution? In a recent internet article, the top 10 resolutions were listed. Numbers 2 and 3 were about getting fit and taming the bulge. The Wesley Nurse at First United Methodist Church can help you accomplish those resolutions with the Walk2B Fit program held in the Social Hall at the Methodist Church. In the Walk 2B Fit class, you can spend time with friends and family, learn something new, get fit and tame the bulge all at the same time. The program is held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. There is no reason you can’t have fun and be fit at the same time while enjoying the camaraderie of other men and women just like you. Come join us and find out for yourself!

The Methodist Church is located at 224 Broad Street. For further questions or information, please call Ann Scarth, RN at 325-347-5983.
