Habitat for Humanity to Re-Dedicate Habitat Home

Mason County Habitat for Humanity invites the public to join in the re-dedication of Habitat home number 5 at 10:00AM thse Friday, December 21st. The house is located at 114 Ave. D. The new homeowners are Isidro and Vanessa Soto and their two small children.

Habitat President, Paul Branch, stated that the original family living in the home had an opportunity for better employment in Colorado and deeded the home back to Habitat. The new owners were selected through the same process as all other Habitat partner families and will meet the same partnership requirements, including the “sweat equity” hours required.

The house has been completely refurbished, including new appliances, counter tops, and interior and exterior painting.

Come help Mason County Habitat for Humanity celebrate with this young family as they start their lives as a home owner.
