The Mason County Youth Rally and Lock-in was created for the area youth to experience fun, games, challenges and fellowship in a Christian environment. We have guest speakers who share their testimonies, and an awesome band who share their love for the Lord through music.
The two speakers for this year's rally are Clarence Lee and Keith Davis. Clarence Lee is a National Champion football player from Florida State University. During his time as a lineman with the Florida State Seminoles he was the strongest player in the history of the University, bench pressing 650 pounds, with a brief career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Keith Davis has won 2 championship rings, after college Keith signed his professional football contract with the New York Giants. During the pre-season, he was one of the strongest players on the team and he stands 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighs 265 lbs., bench presses 515 lbs. and leg presses 1800 lbs.
The Mark Swayze Band will be performing for the youth Saturday night and has been the worship leader at University United Methodist Church in San Antonio, TX since 2005.
The rally is free for students from the 6-12 grades, that reside in Mason County.
