It’s been awhile that I’ve written about the dogs in our lives. Cousin Louie has put on some weight and Z told me I needed to put him on a diet? Not going to happen! He keeps busy most everyday practicing “Lazy!” He needs that extra food to keep him nourished.
Natcha is the old lady of the clan and still wants nothing to do with anyone but me. She’s a good watch dog and will bark under our bed at the sight or sound of an intruder. Sometimes, she will get behind me and bark. Really protective?
Earl and Roho are the busy ones. Roho to play with dog toys and Earl likes to take them away from him. Cousin Louie doesn’t give a hoot about toys and Natcha is busy barking under the bed.
However, I don’t know what I would do without my little four legged friends. They eat the same food day after day and never complain. Always there to great me and love the affection that is given them.
I’m leaving on Thursday for the “Golden Girls Reunion,” and Z is in charge of the puppies! I do hope he feeds them and that he gives Cousin Louie an extra bowl full, as he needs the extra nourishment!
P.S. According to “Grandpa’s Country Wisdom:” “The Weather can make a famer look mighty smart, or mighty dumb.”
