Wednesday, March 6, 2013 • Posted March 7, 2013

Johnny Nicholas our Hill Country neighbor, brings his Hell Bent band and his music back to the Odeon theater in Mason for a special performance Saturday March 23 at 7:00PM. Doors open at 6:30. Reservations are $20 per person.

Performing that good ol’ traditional blues stuff that he does so well, Johnny will play his brand of Future Blues... invigorating life in to the roots of the past. For four decades Johnny’s consummate musicianship and vocal skills have graced live music scenes across the country and around the world. He has toured, performed and recorded with many true blues and American Roots Music legends. He has also shared the stage and performed with the likes of Howlin Wolf, BB King, Muddy Waters, Bonnie Raitt, Eric Clapton, Delbert McClinton, Willie Nelson, Jimmie Vaughan among many others. Come and listen to the man Stephen Bruton says is “one of the best bluesmen ever, black or white.”

A sellout crowd is once again expected so, make your reservations early. Reservations can now be made and paid for on line at www.THEODEONTHEATER.COM or by calling Dennis or K Evans at 325 347 6781 and sending a check to P.O. BOX 1599 Mason, TX 76856.
