Mark your calendars and save your pennies! It’s almost time!! The Friends of the Library Book Sale held annually by the Friends of the Library is coming—April 5-10. If you have books that you’d like to donate for the sale, you may take them to the Cherokee Rose or bring them to the library. I also want to thank the Friends of the Library volunteers who helped make our first Spanish to English class such a success! We had eleven FOL volunteers, twenty-two adult students, and nine children participate. Thanks to Wendy and Craton, Mary, Corrine, Tom, Isabel, Jan, Patti, Nan, and Kay for the food, the babysitting, and the teaching! It was great!  We’re all ready, and a lot less nervous, for tomorrow night’s class. The class will run for the next eleven weeks from 6:00-7:30 P.M. It’s not too late if someone wants to come—just come on to class, and we’ll sign you up
