We have “Earthly Pleasures!” What I consider an Earthly Pleasure, may be YUCK to someone else. These days mine are somewhat not “Politically Correct?” However, giving up one to please some folks, just isn’t going to happen.

Number one are Cigarettes! Yes, I smoke! Thus I don’t frequent places that FORBID my smoking. If I have to enter one of these places, I don’t linger long, that’s for sure. There are those that will say, “YUCK,” to my smoking. Okay, you can just call or email me if you need something. This won’t hurt my feelings at all.

Number two is Coffee. Any dark roast is good. I really like the flavored coffees, however they do have sugars. I like sugars, they just don’t like me. I like hot coffee and I like ice coffee. Even warm or at room temperature is okay by me.

Number three is Colognes, I love to smell good! I like my house to smell good, too. Some will say “YUCK” to this, too. I like it and it doesn’t bother me. If it bothers you or you are allergic to sweet smells, I’m truly sorry that I offend you. I’ll do my best to keep a long distance between us, OKAY?

Number four is my Computer! I have a lot of enjoyment in sending and receiving emails. Of course, I like to play games, it keeps some of my brain cells from dying! Maybe soon they will come up with a game that helps you to remember things. Like peoples' names! I can tell you where they lived and etc., but remembering a name is sometimes hard to do.

Number five is CHOCOLATE, dark chocolate. It use to be number three on my earthly pleasure list, but had to move down, due to the sugar content. However, once in a while, I’ll indulge! Chocolates smooth the beast in us girls.

These are my favorites, what are yours? Puppy dogs? Mine, too!

P.S. According to “Grandpa’s Country Wisdom:” “An ignorant fella is hell-bent on proving his limitations.”
