Garden Club Replants Beds at Library

The Mason County Garden Club began planting herbs in the flowerbeds around the Old Yeller statue last Thursday. They were rained out before they could finish, but the finished results will be beautiful! The club adopted the Mason Co. M. Beven Eckert Memorial Library as an ongoing project last year. Since then, members have transformed all the flowerbeds, using drought-resistant plants, such as lantana, salvia, sage, Spanish lavender, and rosemary.
