C.H.O.I.C.E. Camp
Wednesday, May 15, 2013 • Posted May 16, 2013

C.H.O.I.C.E camp is having its last session of a four part series this Saturday, May 18 at Richards Park in Brady. Our last session will wrap up with the day campers identifying who they are today and what their goals for their future are. Plans will be made as to how they can achieve their goals, both short term and long term in life no matter what their age.

Amber Hunt, one of the camp counselors is an expert in assisting others with successfully achieving their dreams. She inspires them to be all that they can be and never to give up. In previous sessions children have learned self respect and respect for others and the value of healthy relationships with others. The “campers” are amazing and very invested in the techniques and skills being taught.

Parents and guardians are invited to a hot dog lunch at noon and to stay for the afternoon activities to interact and learn the skills their children have been taught. Our hope is that both children and parents will implement these into their home lives. Morning session will begin at 9:00 for registration and orientation. This Saturday we will have all ages arrive in the morning and work together and play together until the afternoon session release.

If you are a new attendee, please know that you will walk away with some new skills and confidence. We thank our community and surrounding communities for sponsoring children attending C.H.O.I.C.E Camp. For information please email or call Amber Hunt 575-318-3218 or Jackie Marks 325-656-0423.
