Progressive Rancher Workshop

When – Tuesday, May 28th. Registration 7:30-8:00 a.m. Ends at 12:15.

Where - Richard Eckert Civic Center, 1024 McKinley St.

    *R.S.V.P. With the County Extension Office by May 24th. $15.00 is the cost of the program & includes educational materials and morning refreshments. $20.00 charge after May 24th can be paid at the door on the 28th.

3 Certified Education Units will be available for those that have a Pesticide Applicators License (1 CEU in IPM, 1 in the General Category and 1 in L&R)

· The Future of Texas Agriculture

· Rangeland Health and Stocking Considerations

· New Technologies in Weed and Brush Control

· Sheep and Goat Outlook

· Laws and Regulations

This workshop will be great for anyone who would like to learn more about improving our range and optimizing our livestock herds. Speakers include specialists from AgriLife Research, and TDA.
