Mason County 4-H Enrollment
Wednesday, August 7, 2013 • Posted August 7, 2013

We will be enrolling for the new 4-H year in several different ways: August 13 we will host an event out at the beautiful Honey Creek Ranch. If you are not a current 4-H member but would like information about attending this event, please call the Extension Office at 347-6459 for more information.

If you are a current 4-H member, watch your email/mail for another reminder with details. We will also have a table to enroll in 4-H at the Mason Elementary Back to School Night, and of course you can always stop by the Extension office at 505 Moody Street in the Historical Building.

If kids are K-2nd grades, they can enroll in 4-H at no charge, but 3rd grade and up have a $20 charge (until Oct.31- after that it is a $25 charge). When you enroll in 4-H we put you on our lists for information and then you will receive notice about events. It is up to you to sign up and /or attend the events you and your children are interested in, you don’t have to do everything!

Currently our regular 4-H meetings have been scheduled for the 2nd Sunday of the month at 12:30 p.m. at the Mason County Library, and we just elected a GREAT officer team to run these meetings. We are looking forward to a wonderful 4-H year, we hope you can be a part of it!
