Wednesday, September 4, 2013 • Posted September 4, 2013

The Mason County Queen’s Court and parents have worked hard updating the float and have been busy representing the community of Mason. On August 10th the girls attended their first parade in Junction and brought home a 2nd place ribbon. On August 23rd, Mason Bank sponsored the girls and took the them to Fredericksburg to attend the parade and also brought home a 2nd place ribbon. This past weekend they traveled to Harper and attended a parade. Even though there was no float judging, the girls did a fantastic job representing Mason and received many compliments on their float and dresses. On the way home they stopped off at the annual Doss Fish Fry and made an appearance and showed support for their neighboring community.
