Hill Country Cattle Women

The Hill Country CattleWomen started off the Fall going full force. We were 60 strong at our September meeting held at the Welfare Cafe. We all enjoyed reuniting after our summer break. Officers were elected as follows:

Members voted on the following awards and they were presented as: CATTLE WOMAN OF THE YEAR was presented to Karen Schneider, and BEHIND THE SCENES CATTLE WOMAN was presented to Dianne Staudt.

Our October meeting will be hosted by the Kerrville/Mt. Home members. The meeting will be held on October 15, 2013, at Buzzie’s BBQ located at 213 Schreiner St., Kerrville. Social hour will begin at 10:00 a.m., meeting at 10:30 a.m. with lunch to follow. Our guest speaker will be Barbara Burton of Massage Therapy on the Guadalupe. She will have unique stories about the Gudalupe River.

Cost for reservations is $15.00. Reservations must be in on or before October 8, 2013. Please contact your reservation chairwoman located on page 9 of your year book, or contact Dianne Staudt at 830-997-4729.
