Fredonia Community Christmas Party!
Wednesday, November 20, 2013 • Posted November 20, 2013

Fredonia is preparing for a Christmas celebration with friends, neighbors, and those who have an interest in Fredonia. We invite you to come and enjoy the fellowship December the fourteenth at 6:00 pm. Bring party foods to share and a $10.00 gift if you want to participate in the Chinese Christmas exchange. We do have a great deal of fun and the food is fabulous. Later there will be players eager for a game or two of forty two. Bring other games and participants if you prefer playing other games. Those who haven’t paid their membership dues may do so at this time

I am anxious to enlighten you about the activity we are planning for January the eleventh. A musical jamboree is on our agenda to lighten our spirits and fill our hearts with some joyous noise in the new year. If you enjoy singing or playing a musical instrument, we want you to mark your calendar for Saturday, January the eleventh to participate in the first Fredonia Musical Jamboree. Each person may sing or play songs for at least ten minutes. We will start our Jamboree at 10:00 am and run through the afternoon, depending on the number of participants.

Stew and chili will be the lunch choice with a desert, all will be by donation. There will be an auction of sweet goodies in the afternoon . More information will be coming closer to the event. Do call 325-429-6231 to get your name on the list of entertainers or drop a note to the Fredonia Community Association, Box 3, Fredonia TX, 76842, to give us an idea of the number to plan for. We are looking forward to seeing you for our Christmas party December the 14th and our Musical Jamboree on January 11th.
