The Mason Study Club met in the Stribling Room of the Mason County Library on Wednesday, November 13th. Nan Loeffler was the guest speaker, shown in the picture attached with Maudie Bergmann and Linda Kesler. Nan entertained the Club as she talked about her voyage from teaching in Junction to designing her silver creations. She said “some say my art is weird, some say it is wonderful, thank God it is a dream come true.” Nan went on to say her art has opened doors to her inner passion and people, and has empowered her to learn new skills, such as using the silver making tools and torch.

The Study Club also wants to welcome new member, Jan McCann. Jan loves antiques, animals, bridge, loves to read, and study genealogy.

The rest of this meeting was devoted to the Club’s upcoming Chili on the Square fundraiser, annual ornament exchange and signing up for dishes to bring to the December Club dinner at Nan Larrimore’s.
