Monique Noella Proulx, age 85, of Fredonia, Texas, and formerly of Brownsburg, Quebec, Canada, passed away Friday, December 27, 2013, in Brady, Texas.
She was born May 15, 1928, in Brownsburg, Quebec, Canada, to Noel Proulx and Fleur (Rheume) Proulx. She had lived most of her life in the Brownsburg, Quebec area and for the last eight years she had called Fredonia home.
She worked many years at the C-I-L Ammunition Plant in Brownsburg and for a short time she was a beautician. She was a Christian and she loved her family, her cat and all animals. She also loved to dance, laugh and listen to country music.
A Celebration Of Life Service was held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, January 3rd, 2014, at the Heart of Texas event Center in Brady, Texas, with Reverend Keith Simpson officiating.

Monique Proulx is survived by her daughter, Mona McCall and her husband Darrell of Brady; granddaughter Guyanne McCall Dannheim and her husband Kody, grandson Cody McCall and his wife Kim and great-grandchildren Mylan McCall, Jerilynn Dannheim and Haygen Dannheim. She was preceded in death by her parents and husbands Albert “Cocker” Vary and Herbert Davidson.
