Dr. Emily Morales-Ball, DC Now in Frederickburg

A new chiropractic office has opened in Fredericksburg, and is ready to accept patients from other areas of the Hill Country.

Dr. Emily Morales-Ball, DC is a native of Fredericksburg and an honor graduate from FHS where she participated in multiple clubs and sports venues. Upon graduation, she spent a year in Chile as a representative of the International Rotary Exchange program. On her return from Chile, Dr. Morales-Ball attended McMurry University for whom she played college soccer. She became interested in Chiropractic after watching her teammates and other athletes become repeatedly injured during sporting events. Dr. Morales-Ball is a graduate of Texas Chiropractic College. Following graduation from Texas Chiropractic College she married to her high school sweetheart Benjamin Ball, and they have a nine months old daughter, Abigail.

Dr. Morales-Ball has had post graduate courses on women’s wellness, pregnancy, pediatrics, and sports injuries. She is currently completing a certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, which focuses on the well-being of the mother and child from conception through adolescence. Dr. Morales-Ball became certified in the Webster Technique which is specifically created and tested to treat pregnant women and patients with low back injuries. Along with chiropractic, she also uses various soft tissue techniques, rehabilitation and balance training to create a solid foundation of wellness for her patients. All care provided by Dr. Morales-Ball, DC is designed to increase flexibility and range of motion, restore strength and help with injury prevention with quick healing.

While attending Texas Chiropractic College, Dr. Morales-Ball was chosen to participate in the Sports clinics provided to Rice University athletes and the Pasadena Rodeo’s contestants. During her final trimesters at Texas Chiropractic College, she was chosen to participate in the Sports clinics offered to Rice University. As a result of the care the athletes received they were close to 100% healthy according to Coach Bevan in his 2009 C-USA indoor championships. Dr. Morales-Ball was also president of COSI, vice president of STCA and treasurer SACA. As a member of her student professional organizations, she was sent to Washington DC two different times and to Austin to give lawmakers more insight into the profession of chiropractic.

While living and practicing chiropractic for the past few years in Corpus Christi, she participated in the care of area sports teams including the Hammerheads, the Hooks, TAMUCC Islanders, the Corpus Christi ballet, surrounding area universities, and Coastal Bend high schools student athletes. Dr. Morales-Ball also provided care for the Roadrunners, a local triathlon/running club.

Our overall goal is to provide all our clients the same level of care including the same techniques used at the highest levels of sports chiropractic medicine. We look forward to being of service in wellness care for the Hill Country.
