The Mason County Cancer Benefit team, Kancer Kickers, have three bake sales planned. Please mark your calendars for February 14, March 15 and April 18 (Good Friday) in front of Lowes Market.
We also really have some great raffle items this year. A Mason County topaz necklace, 6.65 carats, set in sterling silver, valued at over $735, donated by Warren and Susan Grote. A guided whitetail buck hunt on Ziegler Conger Ranch in Mason County valued at $1000, donated by the Ziegler/Conger families. A hunting knife made by Bill Gentry with a polished blade, brass finger guard and a deer horn handle, valued at $100 donated by Bill and Starr Gentry.
Raffle tickets are $2 each or six tickets for $10. We will sell the tickets during our bake sales.
Our team members will also sell memory bags for you to honor your loved ones or friends. In addition, we have donation jars in many businesses around town.
We are planning a silent auction with our date to be announced soon.
Our final fundraiser will be on the day of the benefit, April 26th. We will have our walk at the Heritage Park and our team will serve food and sell raffle tickets.
Thank you for supporting this great cause. All proceeds raised during this time, from January to April, stays in Mason County to help our Mason County cancer patients.
