"Down the Drain with Jane"

It takes great effort on my part to have a clean car. When I do get it cleaned up, washed and vacuumed, I want it to stay that way. At least for thirty-five hours! However, the birds have a personal agenda for clean washed cars. Yep, they have a contest on who can dump on the exact parts of the windows, doors, hood and truck. The birds have at least ten shots at their designated target. They delight in freshly cleaned cars. A bigger change is a fresh washing of clothes on a cloths line! White cars, White pickups and White clothing, is a target that birds just can’t seem to resist.

Now, bugs are a different! They really don’t intend to end their short lives on your windshield, it just happens. Birds do it on purpose. There is a whole pasture to choose a dumping sight, but no, it’s the car, the pickup, the white yard chair and the white sheets.

The untold story of the birds and bees is, “The birds are spiteful and do it to hack you off. Where as the bees are just stupid and don’t look where they are flying!”

P.S. Nothing smells fresher than clean sheets hung in the sunshine. Unless a flock of birds decides to take target practice on them!
