Mason Bluebonnet Study Club Holds 42 Tournament

The Mason Bluebonnet Study Club held its annual 42 tournament for the community on Monday, February 17 from 1-4 p.m. in the Stribling Room of the Mason County M. Beven Eckert Memorial Library. Door prizes were awarded for high point. Refreshments were served by the members and a fun afternoon was had by all. The proceeds from this tournament go toward the Bluebonnet Study Club scholarship fund.

The next meeting of the Bluebonnet Study Club will be held on Monday, March 17, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at the home of Sherie Clarkson, 305 Spruce Street. Charles Eckert, local historian, will give members a walking tour and history of Fort Mason. A pot luck luncheon will be served after the program.
