Mason Garden Club Celebrates Arbor Day

In observance of Arbor Day, the Mason Garden Club presented the Mason Riata Service Organization with a check toward the planting and maintenance of trees at Heritage Park during their regular meeting on Tuesday, February 18 in the Stribling Room, Mason County M. Beven Eckert Memorial Library.

Heritage Park is one of the community projects that the Riata Club has been involved in for many years. Texas Garden Clubs, which the Mason Garden Club is a member, has been celebrating Arbor Day since its beginning.
