Community Thrift Store - 'Shop-til-you-drop' Destination
Wednesday, March 5, 2014 • Posted March 6, 2014

The Community Thrift Store is a ‘shop-til-you drop’ destination for visitors to Mason! Seen recently with purchases in hand are Habitat RV Care-A-Vanners Mary Rosin, Deb Tate and Paula Brown being welcomed to Mason by Connie Stockbridge, who had stopped to donate good, useable items to be added to the shelves. The Community Thrift Store provides opportunities through grants for local non-profits to improve the community we live in! As well, the Habitat Care-A-Vanners provide much needed assistance in building affordable housing for worthy citizens of Mason. Their participation ensures that the local Habitat affiliate can continue with their goal of building one house per year, making Mason County Habitat’s program outstanding in the nation! Look for these visitors as they shop, dine, attend church and the Lenten Luncheons and offer your welcome to them, as well!
