Thursday is the beginning of Spring. However, today it’s Winter. Only in Texas is where you never store Winter or Spring Clothing. I wouldn’t make a good Eskimo! Nor, would I make a good hot weather beach bum. Like the middle of the road.

The older I become, the less important little things matter to me. If it won’t kill me or someone, LET IT GO! Momma had a sign in the kitchen that read, “I grow, too late smart and too soon old!” Boy, does this say it all. We really over do the “Sweating of the small stuff.” Like cleaning the house. It’s not going to stay clean. The end of the world won’t care if you didn’t make the bed this morning. If you have unexpected guests, well, they should have called first if they expected a clean house and food.

The first thing you think of when someone comes unannounced, “What can I fix!” It’s not your fault that they didn’t call first. Too, if they come unannounced, then they should had brought the food and drinks. So, DON’T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF!

P.S. Guest and fish stink after three days!
