Frontera Mason Clinic would like to announce they will be assisting consumers with the Marketplace Application by our Certified Application Counselors who will be on site.
This event will take place on Thursday March 27, 2014, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Refreshments and snacks will be provided. We will also have a drawing for a $40 gift card for those who come and apply for the Marketplace with our assistance.
Please call the clinic and make an appointment. Deadline for the Marketplace is March 31, 2014 to avoid the penalty. You will need to bring household information, social security numbers for all household members, drivers license, income verification and if a non-citizen bring legal documentation.
