2nd Annual Donkey Basketball Tournament Fundraiser
Wednesday, April 9, 2014 • Posted April 9, 2014

The Mason ISD Education Foundation will host a donkey basketball tournament as a fundraiser on Saturday, April 26th.  The event will be held at the Mason High School Gym.

It’s basketball played on real live donkeys with all local riders. Each donkey has a special talent - run, buck, or lay down!

The donkey basketball tournament begins at 6:00 PM.  Tickets for adults are $6 pre-purchase or $8 at the gate, and kids 5 and under are free.  Come cheer for your favorite team!

Concessions will be available and a silent auction will be held with lots of great items.

Please contact Jay Tedder at the Mason National bank for more information or if you have any questions - 325-347-5911 - jtedder@masonnationalbank.com.

The primary purpose of the Education Foundation is to raise money for school programs that are not otherwise funded through tax dollars.  The Mason ISD Education Foundation’s mission is to generate and distribute resources to the Mason ISD teachers to enrich, maintain, and expand programs needed to meet the District’s mission of excellence in education.  We have awarded grants to Mason ISD totalling $167,500 since 2003. Help us meet our goal by supporting this event, while helping our school district.

Come on out and join us for a fun evening for a very worthwhile cause.
