“LISTS!” I make lists when I go shopping. These lists are made with items that are from where I enter the store until I go to the check out. I don’t appreciate stores changing up the items on the isles. This really can throw me off. Of course, when this happens I always find items that are not on my list.
Too, my shopping lists are that of places to go and items needed in order. This means, I don’t have to double back and waste gasoline. Too, I don’t like to go against traffic. I do my lists so that when I come into town that my last stop is the grocery and not the general store.
So, when I forget my list, when they change up the aisles and/or don’t have what they use to have in the store, can really throw off my whole shopping excursion! And, shopping is an excursion!
Shopping with Z just isn’t had. He doesn’t shop well. Twizzlers and Lone Star are not on my list!
P.S. When my boys were young, I’d tell them, “If they don’t have it this side of Ben White Blvd., we don’t need it!”
