"Down the Drain with Jane"

I have a bad habit of interrupting a conversation with an entirely different subject. I don’t mean to be rude, but if I don’t get my thoughts out at that very moment I may never remember them again.

Too, age has a part of conversations lost and or repeated. I used to recall that older couples didn’t really talk that much. It seems that when they do it’s a lot of, “Huh, what did you say?”

When you don’t hear that much anymore you do tend to repeat and interrupt! In old age you have to count on actions, rather than words.

Guess, that’s why older folks tend to do a lot of one liners! He, “Yes dear!” And, she, “Did you hear me?”

P.S. Getting older isn’t for sissies!
