Wednesday, May 28, 2014 • Posted May 29, 2014

Members of the Fine Arts Association of the Hill Country gathered May 20 at Judy & Raymond Uherek’s hilltop home at Streeter for an evening of friends, food, and fun. Outgoing FAAHC President, Nan Loeffler, welcomed our new “prez”, Rosemary Davis, and the 2014-15 Board: Judy Black-Hall, Vice President; Carol Kothmann, Secretary; Raymond Uherek, Treasurer; Marcy Holmes-Wheeler, Education Chair; Nan Loeffler, Past President; and Johnny and Jim Heidelberg, Public Relations Chair.

Over the next couple of months they will be planning the calendar of activities and events for our four-county membership of “fine arts afficionados”. We can expect dates to be set for Member Exhibits of new art works, day trips, workshops, guest artist speakers/demonstrators, and Scholarship fundraisers.

We invite all of you ARTS-interested folks to join with us for the coming year in promoting the FINE ARTS in our community. For membership info, contact Rosemary Davis (347-6050) or any one of the new FAAHC Board members. See you in September!
