Vyror Jean Willingham

Vyror Jean Willingham, age 72, passed away on Tuesday, May 20 2014, at Estrella Oaks Nursing Home in Georgetown, Texas. She was born in Llano, Texas on January 1, 1942.

She enjoyed crocheting baby blankets for her family and friends. She enjoyed being on the Llano River and collecting rocks she found. She loved her children and her grandchildren.

She is survived by three sons: Ronnie Grogan and his wife, Eva, of Taylor; Rodney McDaniel and wife Shay of New Jersey, and Franklin Moore of Brownwood, Texas: two Daughters; Alicia McDaniel of Sandia, Texas and Sharon McLeod and her husband, Charlie, of Fredonia, Texas: two sisters; Betty Bonnet of Leander, Texas and Barbara Adams of Blair, Nebraska. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

The family would like to thank all the health-care workers at Estrella Oaks of Georgetown and Scott and White Hospital of Round Rock for the loving care they provided during her illness.

A graveside service was held for her at Cherokee Cemetery in Cherokee, Texas, on Friday, May 23, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. The cemetery is located on Highway 16 north of Cherokee, Texas.

The family requests that donations be made to Cherokee Cemetery Association or to the charity of your choice.
