Why should you participate in exercise? Exercise helps you improve endurance, strength, flexibility, & balance. Exercise will help you be able to continue to do the things you enjoy & continue to live independently. You will have the energy to enjoy your family. After you’ve increased your physical activity, you will notice you can do things easier & your thinking will improve. Our Summer Meltdown Challenge is just what the doctor ordered & you can still join the fun. The Challenge will wrap up on August 15th with a covered dish luncheon at River of Life Church, but you can continue to participate in as many programs as you wish. There’s a free fitness program waiting for you, so what are you waiting for? Just remember, if you haven’t been physically active for a while, start slow.
