Toni Anne Dashiell, President of the Texas Federation of Republican Women, will be the guest speaker for the Mason County Republican Women on March 18th. Over the last eight years, she has served TFRW as 1st Vice-President, Vice-President of Campaign Activities, Deputy President of Region IX, and Teenage Republican Liasion. The meeting will be held in the Stribling Room at the Mason County Library. The luncheon cost is $10.00 and serving begins promptly at noon. Reservations are required. Toni Anne Dashiell, is the current President of the Texas Federation of Republican Women. Over the last 8 years, she has served TFRW as 1st Vice-President, Vice-President of Campaign Activities, Deputy President of Region IX, and Teenage Republican Liaison.
Toni Anne’s political involvement began in 1969 as a Teenage Republican. She joined Kendall County Republican Women in 1995 and has served as its PAC Treasure, Vice-President, and President, as well as chairwoman of many committees. She has also worked for the National Federation of Republican Women by serving as Volunteer Coordinator for the 2001 NFRW Convention in San Antonio.
Toni Anne’s dedication to the Republican Party has stretched far and wide, from being a delegate to the Republican Party of Texas conventions since 1998, to serving on various convention committees. She was a National Delegate in 2004 and 2008.
Toni Anne has worked on many campaigns, not just in her city, county, and district, but across Texas as well: she traveled with TRFW’s “A” team across Texas campaigning for various candidates; served on the Mighty Texas Strike Force in 2000; and helped to “de Frost” Dallas in Congressman Pete Session’s campaign. In 2006, she worked closely with Senator Hutchison’s campaign, coordinating liaisons with the TFRW clubs. In 2008 she helped coordinate the “A” team for Congressman Culberson, McCall, newly elected Pete Olson and State Senator Joan Huffman.
When she’s not on the road for the TFRW or the Republican Party of Texas, Toni Anne stays active in her community of Boerne, and works with her husband as a Real Estate and Insurance agent.
