Wednesday, March 25, 2009 • Posted March 25, 2009

The Rudy Martinez Family Benefit has been rescheduled for Saturday, April 4th. We apologize for the inconvenience of postponing our previous date, but like everyone else, we’re so thankful the reason was IT WAS TOO WET!

Our exhibition barrels will begin at 10:30 and the Open 4D Barrel Race will start at 2:00. Our Bake Sale and Silent Auction will start at 10:30. You can start bidding early on those Silent Auction items by coming by the Mason National Bank. We will have them on display until the 4th.

If you would like to donate items to the Bake Sale, please call T. J. Schmidt at 347-2611 or 347-6011 or drop them by the morning of the benefit. If you would like to donate items to the Silent Auction, please contact Merlina Gamel at 258-4439 or 347-2141 or the best way to reach her is by email at Merlina.gamel@masonisd.net. You can also call Cindy Powell regarding the Silent Auction at 347-5070 or 347-2596. For questions on the barrel race please call Morgan McMillan at 347-7408 or Amanda McMillan at 346-2486. Hope to see you at Ft. Mason Park on the 4th!
