Hill Country Quilt Guild Show

The Hill Country Quilt Guild invites you to our 10th biennial Quilt Show, “A Pigment of My Imagination.” Presented at Schreiner University’s brand new Mountaineer Fitness center in Kerrville on May 22 -24, the 2009 show will feature over 200 quilts, many by internationally known and award winning quilt artists. You are invited to vote for your favorite quilt while viewing the display of quilted arts including traditional, art, miniature, wearable and fiber arts. In addition to the quilts entered for judging, there will be 12 fabric and notions vendors, a scissor sharpener, a boutique with hundreds of hand crafted items, a display of judged challenge blocks, and a drawing for an “opportunity” quilt.

The Mountaineer Fitness Center is on the Schreiner University campus located at 2100 Memorial Blvd., in Kerrville. Show hours are: Friday, May 22 – 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Saturday, May 23 – 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., and Sunday, May 24 – 12 noon – 4:00 p.m. Admission is $5.00 per person with children under 12 admitted free.
