Nancy Hatch Miller

Nancy Hatch Miller celebrated life from November 29, 1944, to June 20, 2009.

Nancy was born in Seguin, Texas, to James Hatch and Ethel Mae Brannies Hatch. She grew up in Mason and graduated from Mason high School in 1963. She married Freddy Miller and they had twin sons Rance and Reese. Nancy was known to her family and friends for her tireless work ethic and desire to put family ahead of everything else in her life, by caring for her sister and later for her mother, and always being the rock her sons and family could count on.

Remembering Nancy are her sons, Reese Wynn Miller and wife Sarah of Lago Vista, Rance Wayne Miller and wife Lisa of Highlands, her grandchildren Rylan Hatch Miller, Lillian Marie Miller and Allysa Marie Miller. She is also survived by a niece Kimberly Slaughter and family, a nephew Wade Powell and family, Dr. Freddy Miller, George Brannies and family, Dr. and Mrs. Dave Rosberg and family, Mrs. Dorothy Brannies, Gay Donaldson, Jannean Alexander, Garland Black and an abundance of friends who were all a special part of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents and by her twin sister Sara Beth Powell.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 24, at 11:00 a.m. in the Hilda United Methodist Church.
