Roundup Arts & Crafts Show a Big Success
Wednesday, July 15, 2009 • Posted July 15, 2009

Despite the HOT weather, attendance at Roundup was wonderful! It was another good year. We had great food, games and interesting crafts. Thanks to all the craft vendors and those who showed up to work, look and shop.

JOHN BEAM and friends put on another great music show. The main band was called “BARDED WIRE”. They appear at London Hall once a month and really are good! MANY THANKS FOR THE GREAT ENTERTAINMENT!

A special thanks to Elaine Wilbanks of Helotes, Texas, who provides us with the big slide, new bungee jumper, game trailer, rock climbing wall, duck pond, and the game toss that entertains our kids. She and her crew do a great job! Thanks also to Sound Box 2000 of Brady and Denise Owen who provide the kids bounce and moon walk and face painting. We hope they will return next year too!

We all had fun, enjoyed the parade and donkey race. The crafters really love our town and if we keep them happy, they’ll keep coming back.
