Past and present officers of the Fine Arts Association of the Hill Country met for lunch on Wednesday, September 2nd, at The Cat’s Meow. Riley Kothmann went over the 501(c)(3) application to see if any changes were needed before sending it off for approval. This will make the FAAHC a non profit organization, opening doors to opportunities for people in the four counties that it represents: Kimble, Mason, Menard, and McCulloch.
The first program for the new season will be Friday, September 18th, 11 a.m., at the Mason Library. “Hill Country and Other Poems” will be presented by Renee Walker. A light lunch will follow.
