Wednesday, November 11, 2009 • Posted November 11, 2009

The final fall Mason Playday occurred October 31. We had great costumes for the “trick or trailer” and fun games along with our routine events of barrels, poles, flags, goat tying and breakaway roping. The contestants' skills ranged from beginner to advanced.

Winning the leadline/walk-trot class was Makaela Lively followed by Pecos Tatum then Kellen Kimball.

The winners for the 7 and under age group were Rainey Skelton taking first then second place to J. J. Ake, and third to Cade Ligon.

In the 8-10 age group first place went to Carson Johnson then Ashlyn Ake took home second and we had a tie for third going to Cole Williams and Jackson Chapman.

Bailey Dyson won first in the 11-14 division followed by Cade Williams then Kirsten Allen.

Hailey Custer won the 15-19 all around title.

The following contestants worked hard and won a cool bucket full of special prizes like a monogrammed halter, polo wraps, bell boots, comb, hood pick and goat string.

In the leadline/walk-trot we had Linden Chapmen, Faith Magee, Kady Knowles, Avery Brooks, Quaid Rankin, Kreece Whitson, Lauren Zamirippa, Riggin Farmer, Cade Whitson, Shayleigh Everett and Frankie Bolley.

The 7 and under group included, Marshall Marquart, Selah Farmer, Mollie Marquart, Haley Osborn, Kylie Crocker, Riley McKinney, Bradley Ake, Rode Ligon and Kinley Everett.

Then in the 8-10 group we had Georgia Thomas, Ahanna Marquart, Jatce McKinney, Grace Chapman, Hannah Thomas, Kaylyn Knowles, then Kalla Guerera.

Thanks to all of our sponsors and everyone's support and hard work that made these fun playdays work.
