Okay, four weeks down and two to go. This past four weeks I’ve really learned a whole lot about importance. And what I thought was important has been pointed out to me that, "it’s not important!" This isn’t all to my liking, but I’ll tend to these statements when I can "HIT AND RUN!" The saying, "You live and learn," is so true.
Too, top off this week, my email server did some fixing, so we could be better served by them. I was on the phone two hours Saturday night, being told that I was the 8th caller. I stuck with them until I was told that I was the first caller and I could leave a message and they would call me back. So, after holding my bladder as long as I could, I pushed the star button to leave a message. The message said that the voice message was no longer taking messages. So, I’ve now two different identities to not send a Christmas Card/gift to! In fact there are several axes to grind when I’m able to get up and move around.
The snow was nice to watch falling. I can remember snow in Mason some 41 years ago in November, on the first weekend of hunting season. Branden, made his first trip to Hilda and it was snowing. Those were the days of "cloth diapers!" So, this wasn’t the first time the Hill Country has seen snow this early. Believe me, I can remember hanging diapers to dry in the bathroom with the gas heater going.
P.S. Remember, when you quit believing in Santa Clause, you get underwear for Christmas.
