Texas Tech University Master of Education Degree/Principal Certification Information Session

Certified teachers who would like to earn a Master of Education in Educational Leadership with professional principal certification preparation from Texas Tech University (TTU) are invited to learn more about the program on Thursday, January 21

Dr. Joe Claudet, the director of this degree program, invites all interested educators to attend this session at the TTU office at 102 E. San Antonio Street, Suite D in Fredericksburg. He will give an overview and answer questions about the program. Please RSVP to Jerrie Dooley at 830-990-2717 or jerrie.dooley@ttu.edu to reserve a seat.

This degree qualifies the holder for various mid-management positions in a school district and to take the Texas principal certification exam. The next cohort will begin with the first summer session in June, 2010. Since 2002, over 100 students have graduated from this Hill Country program.

The 2-year, 39-hour program is designed for working teachers with classes meeting on Saturdays, evenings and summer sessions. Application deadline is April 15, 2010.
